Summary: Utilizing the thermal stability of ionic liquid, micrometer-sized Nylon-6 particles were successfully prepared by hydrolytic polymerization of ε-caprolactam at high temperature with polyvinyl pyrrolidone as stabilizer in ionic liquids, 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate, [Bmim][BF4] and N,N-diethyl-N-methyl-N-(2-methoxyethyl)ammonium bis(trifluoro-methanesulfonyl)amide, [DEME][TFSA]. The obtained particles had a unique shape because Nylon-6 is a crystalline polymer. Viscosity-average molecular weights of Nylon-6 prepared in [Bmim][BF4] and [DEME][TFSA] at 180 °C for 48 h were 4200 and 2200, respectively.  相似文献

Bulk properties of gallium (Ga)- and aluminum (Al)-doped zinc oxide (ZnO) were studied using bulky single-crystalline thick films grown by liquid phase epitaxy (LPE). The highest possible dopant concentration was 1×1019 cm–3 for LPE growth at around 800 °C. The electron concentration was nearly same to the Ga and Al concentrations. The donor binding energy decreased to nearly zero with an increase in dopant concentration, and electron mobility of the sample with relatively high dopant concentration (1×1019 cm–3) was more than 60 cm2 V–1 s–1 at room temperature. The LPE technique is a potential solution for the production of ZnO for optical applications because the well-defined excitonic luminescence could be seen from the LPE-grown-doped single-crystals.  相似文献

We investigate splitting number and reaping number for the structure (ω) ω of infinite partitions of ω. We prove that \mathfrakrdnon(M),non(N),\mathfrakd{\mathfrak{r}_{d}\leq\mathsf{non}(\mathcal{M}),\mathsf{non}(\mathcal{N}),\mathfrak{d}} and \mathfraksd 3 \mathfrakb{\mathfrak{s}_{d}\geq\mathfrak{b}} . We also show the consistency results ${\mathfrak{r}_{d} > \mathfrak{b}, \mathfrak{s}_{d} < \mathfrak{d}, \mathfrak{s}_{d} < \mathfrak{r}, \mathfrak{r}_{d} < \mathsf{add}(\mathcal{M})}${\mathfrak{r}_{d} > \mathfrak{b}, \mathfrak{s}_{d} < \mathfrak{d}, \mathfrak{s}_{d} < \mathfrak{r}, \mathfrak{r}_{d} < \mathsf{add}(\mathcal{M})} and ${\mathfrak{s}_{d} > \mathsf{cof}(\mathcal{M})}${\mathfrak{s}_{d} > \mathsf{cof}(\mathcal{M})} . To prove the consistency \mathfrakrd < add(M){\mathfrak{r}_{d} < \mathsf{add}(\mathcal{M})} and \mathfraksd < cof(M){\mathfrak{s}_{d} < \mathsf{cof}(\mathcal{M})} we introduce new cardinal invariants \mathfrakrpair{\mathfrak{r}_{pair}} and \mathfrakspair{\mathfrak{s}_{pair}} . We also study the relation between \mathfrakrpair, \mathfrakspair{\mathfrak{r}_{pair}, \mathfrak{s}_{pair}} and other cardinal invariants. We show that cov(M),cov(N) £ \mathfrakrpair £ \mathfraksd,\mathfrakr{\mathsf{cov}(\mathcal{M}),\mathsf{cov}(\mathcal{N})\leq\mathfrak{r}_{pair}\leq\mathfrak{s}_{d},\mathfrak{r}} and \mathfraks £ \mathfrakspairnon(M),non(N){\mathfrak{s}\leq\mathfrak{s}_{pair}\leq\mathsf{non}(\mathcal{M}),\mathsf{non}(\mathcal{N})} .  相似文献

In this study, the Dubovitskii-Milyutin type optimization theory is extended to multiobjective programs in a locally convex linear topological space, producing necessary conditions for a weak Pareto optimum. This paper describes the facile dechlorinative silylation of benzylic chlorides of types XC6H4CH2Cl (X = H, Me and Cl) and ClCH2C6H4CH2Cl (o-, m- and p-isomers) with methylchlorodisilanes ClMe2SiSiMe2Cl, ClMe2SiSiMeCl2 and Cl2MeSiSiMeCl2 in the presence of Pd(PPh3)4 to give the corresponding benzylmethylchlorosilanes in good to high yields.  相似文献

A novel wet water–ethanol-borne technique of preparing nanocrystals of the poly[5,7-dodecadiyn-1,12-diol bis-(n-butoxycarbonylmethyl urethane)], oxoreferred to as poly(4-BCMU), is reported for the first time. The fabrication of poly(4-BCMU) nanocrystals with sizes ranging from a few to hundreds of namometers is presented. The spectroscopic analysis of the poly(4-BCMU) nanocrystals using nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared, optical absorption spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography and scanning electron microscopic techniques is discussed. A structural characterization at molecular level of the poly(4-BCMU) constituting the nanocrystals evidences the maintenance of the molecular integrity of the polydiacetylene backbone.  相似文献
